The UNH Peace and Justice League is a student-run social justice activist organization devoted to spreading the ideas of justice, equality, and peace in our local and global communities. We host a variety of events including speakers (such as Damien Echols, Bernie Sanders, Riki Ott, and Ben Cohen, and more), documentaries (such as West of Memphis, The House I Live In, asnd more), workshops (Birddog trainings, training to be an activist, etc.), and travel on trips to rallies and protests including the School of the Americas Watch in Georgia, the No KXL pipeline protest in D.C., and Powershift (and more). We are an organization that loves to collaborate with other UNH social justice organizations in order to bring informative and fun events that are free and open to the public regardless of race, gender, age, or sexual orientation. We welcome anyone to our meetings to join or present ideas!

In 2011, PJL won the Phoenix Award and the Engaging Community and Campus Award.

We look forward to you joining us this year! Come for a meeting and check us out. Tuesdays at 8pm in MUB 139 (same floor as the bookstore)
